Shoppers in Swadlincote have been showing their support for a campaign against domestic violence by signing a giant white ribbon in the town centre.
Dozens of people put their names on the six-foot ribbon to back the White Ribbon Campaign, a national drive to end problems of domestic abuse both in South Derbyshire and the wider area.
Supporters were also given a – much smaller – white ribbon to wear, to show others they backed the campaign.
