Criminal damage fine after window damaged in Burton
A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been fined after admitting criminal damage.Ashley Martin appeared at Burton Magistrates' Court to answer the charge.He admitted damaging a window belonging to Your Move Ltd, in Burton, on January 2.He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge previously imposed.Martin, of Barrie Drive, Sinfin, Derby, was fined £80 with £300 compensation, £135 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
