Tesco and Sainsbury's have had to remove a hair dye product from their shelves over fears it could harm their unborn babies and fertility.
The Bigen hair dye range, which includes products Bigen, Blasol and JR Beauty, were found to contain a banned chemical.
The products have also been recalled across Europe.
A Europe-wide alert has been issued with the two major British retailers already removing the products.

POLICE are appealing for information relating to two burglaries in Overseal.
Thieves entered the home, in Burton Road, via an unlocked window and stole a gold and diamond engagement ring, costume jewellery, a black holdall and three bottles of wine.

THE top cop in Burton has suggested that levels of knife crime in the area is not a concern - as forces across the country take part in a major crackdown.

Man dies at Burton factory
A MAN has died after suffering a cardiac arrest at a Burton factory.
Staffordshire Police were called to the site in Mosley Street, Burton, shortly after 2am on January 31 after a 62-year-old man collapsed.

Despite the efforts of colleagues from West Midlands ambulance service, the man died before reaching hospital.
The man is from the Swadlincote area.

New 30-hour free child care project to be trialed in East...
A LANDMARK scheme being piloted in Staffordshire that offers extended free child care has been welcomed by a nursery manager.
Parents of children aged three to four already receive 15 hours free care per week, but the government is now extending that to 30 and have chosen the county as the first to try it out.

A 74-YEAR-OLD woman is hoping for closure after she lost a precious album filled with photographs of her three children as babies.
Maureen Redfern said she may have accidently took the photo album to a charity shop along with jigsaws she was donating and is now pleading for people to try and help her find it.

POLICE are appealing for information after snowboarding equipment was stolen following a burglary in Winshill.
Between 9pm on Friday, February5 and 7am Saturday morning, thieves broke into a secure garage at a property in Church Hill Street.

FRUSTRATION is growing among residents after a post office failed to reopen - despite assurances it would.
Stapenhill Post Office has been closed for two months leaving villagers unable to collect pensions and send parcels.
