A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been sentenced for being drunk and disorderly in a public place on New Year's Day.Joshua Marsh, of Jacobean Court, Winshill, appeared at Burton Magistrates' Court to admit the drunk and disorderly offence which took place in High Street, Burton.Marsh was given a 12-month conditional discharge.He was also ordered to pay £85 court costs as well as a £15 victim surcharge.
