A TRAGIC mother who was found dead after going missing from a hospital in Bristol with her four-day-old baby grew up in East Staffordshire, it has emerged.Charlotte Bevan was born in Uttoxeter, spent time in Burton as a child and still had South Derbyshire connections.Ms Bevan and her daughter Zaani were both discovered yesterday.She is also thought to have gone to school in Uttoxeter, before moving to Somerset in her early teens.Her mother Rachel Fortune said her 'beautiful daughter was now...
