A POPULAR butchers shop has been rewarded for its hard work with a five star food hygiene rating.S. Collier Butchers, in High Street, Swadlincote, was awarded top marks for its food hygiene and safety after environmental health inspectors from South Derbyshire District Council visited the shop.Stephen Collier has recently took over management of the family butchers from his father, Geoff, who has taken retirement.Further food hygiene ratings can be found at www.food.gov.uk
